Malvarrosa beach is 500 m away, the supermarket only 50 m, and there is a bakery literally across the street. The tram/subway lines are approx. 400 m away from the house, and the nearest bus line that will take you downtown is only 50 m away. The house is located right by the sea in a residential neighborhood with traditional houses.
